Club meetings are held the second Monday of each month (except July and
September).
APRIL, MAY, JUNE, AUGUST
AND OCTOBER MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT PETER DRUECKHAMMER’S BETHLEHEM FARM. THESE
MEETINGS WILL BE POTLUCK DINNERS AND BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS. BOARD WILL MEET
AT 5PM. DINNER AT 6 PM. REGULAR MEETING AT 7PM. MEETINGS NOV. THROUGH MARCH
WILL BE AT THE VFW AS USUAL IN WEST YORK.

All Club Members are invited to attend the
June, August & October Regular
Club which will be held at Das Siebenthal Resort (Bethlehem Farm).
"Doors open at 5:00 PM followed by a
Covered Dish Dinner at 6:00 PM. The General Meeting begins at 7:00 PM.

South George Street. Right on Reynolds Mill Road. Right on Twin Arch
Road. At the "T" you are at 3150 Tunnel Hill Road.

Central Family Restaurant located at 400 North George Street in York. For

Stiftungsfest
 35th Anniversary German/American Society Alpenrose-York PA. |
Our 35th Stiftungsfest/Oktoberfest will be held Saturday October 17, 2009 at the Alert Fire Hall. Walt Groller's Band to provide the music and Karl Spangler, Central Family Restaurant, the catering, and a German Folk Dance Groups will perform. Menu: German Style Rouladen with Gravy Served with: Blaukraut (red cabbage), Sauerkraut, Knoedel (Potato Dumplings), Roll and Butter Dessert: Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter, Coconut Cake, Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Icing. Bier, Soda, and Snacks will be available all evening. Ticket Price is $25.00 and are available now. We still need people to assist in helping with PR and decorating. We are presently selling ads, and setting up the program booklet for printing. To assist in ad selling, use this link to a form letter on club letterhead showing ad pricing. The last day to receive ads and patrons is August 21th. This is a memorable event and any assistance you provide will be appreciated.
